1. Overview
This policy explains how DXB OCR collects, uses, and protects information. We do not sell personal data and we do not use uploaded files for training.
2. Information we collect
We collect account details, payment references processed by Stripe, uploaded files needed for OCR, usage records, and standard server logs.
3. Uploaded files
Public uploads are temporary. Signed-in users can keep OCR history so processed searchable PDFs remain available, and they can delete history entries from the dashboard.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate OCR, process payments, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete account data. You can delete OCR history entries individually from the dashboard.
